**Job title: Negotiator / Senior Negotiator**

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

**Location**: Canary Wharf

**Basic salary**:£18,000 - £20,000 (+ enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits)

**Main duties**:

- Registering interest and arranging viewings
- Providing a first-class customer service to both landlords and applicants
- Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile
- Managing the offer process from start to finish
- Achieving and exceeding targets
