**Basic salary**:£18,000 - £20,000 (+ enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits)

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our Hyde Park office.

**Main duties**:

- Registering interest and arranging viewings
- Providing a first-class customer service to both landlords and applicants
- Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile
- Managing the offer process from start to finish
- Achieving and exceeding targets
