**WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER 36 HOURS (3 NIGHTS) PER WEEK**

**WAKING NIGHT PAY SCALE : UP TO £12.25 PER HOUR**

Due to our further continuing success Kelsam Support Services have a 36 hour per week vacancy for a waking night support worker in Leominster. 3 x 12 hour shifts 19:30pm-07:30pm.

Shifts are on a rolling rota basis Monday - Sunday.

You will provide care and support to each service user within their own homes in line with their respective Support Plan.

You will work as part of a team to provide individual high-quality person-centred care and support to service users, supporting each to reach their maximum potential with regards to independent living skills. You will be supporting adults (aged between 18-45) with brain injury, mental health, learning disability, physical disability and autism.

You will provide service users with practical and emotional support/care, enabling them to have fulfilled lives and gain further independence.

What we can offer you:
Waking Night Support worker pay rate: up to £12.25 per hour

Generous £350 Christmas Bonus

Overtime rates at enhanced rate of £1.00 per hour
