Parador Care Support is seeking care assistants (preferably with experience) to support shifts for a paediatric male client with a spinal injury and complex care needs.

The role includes supporting the client within the family’s own home, offering support, and assisting with school. He enjoys interactions with the care team and is a very smiley individual.

**Applicants must be flexible for days and nights.**

**Shift details**
- 12-hour shifts
- 07:00 am - 19:00pm
- 19:00pm - 07:00am
- Days/Waking Nights
- Pay rate - £14 - £17 per hour
- Bank Holiday rate - £18.50 per hour
- Mileage allowance of up to £15 per shift
