We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Employment Advisor to join our expanding Outreach Team working from our Batley office. If you are passionate about making a difference in the community and have the skills to support individuals towards sustainable employment, we want to hear from you

**About the Role**: As an Employment Advisor, you will:

- Deliver 1-1 key worker support in various community venues across North Kirklees.
- Conduct one-to-one sessions with clients to assess their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
- Signpost and refer clients to learning opportunities, career paths, and employment.
- Deliver targeted interventions to meet the specific needs of individuals both face-to-face and digitally.
- Provide holistic support to help clients make positive changes in their lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload of clients, offering tailored support and guidance.
- Identify and address individual barriers to employment.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with partners.
- Meet targets and deadlines to achieve successful outcomes for participants.
- Use innovative practices to engage clients in relevant services.
- Maintain high-quality standards and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Ensure effective diary management to meet the needs of a busy caseload.
- Experience providing information, advice, and guidance.
- Ability to motivate and empower individuals to gain skills and confidence.
- Strong advocacy skills and innovative engagement practices.
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
- Experience working to targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online computer systems.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle with adequate insurance.
- A genuine passion for helping others to succeed.

**Additional Information**:

- The role involves lone working, supported by relevant policies and procedures.
- The role involves travelling across Kirklees, therefore a full clean driving license and own vehicle with adequate insurance is required.

Pay: £24,940.00 per year
