What will I be doing?

Day to day you will be supporting clients with mental health support needs to find and sustain paid employment as a key element of their recovery, also supporting clients to access work placements/volunteering. education, and training opportunities. Engaging with employers and building good working relationships with Mental Health teams and partners along the way.

You’ll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment vocational focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques etc.

Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.

We are looking for:

- Experience of working in a customer facing environment e.g. Customer Services, Social Care
- Experience supporting people with mental ill health or lived experience
- Experience of working in a performance target driven environment
- Willingness to travel locally and dedicated to working in the community

This is a permanent part-time position, working 30 hours a week.
