An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading business based in St Ives. This role is a relatively newly created position due to growthand a departure within the organisation and within this role, you will report into theSenior Finance Business Partner who has been promoted recently.
As the Finance Business partner, you will have a number of responsibilities that fall under your remit, including:

- Completing month end management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
- Partnering with project teams and producing reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Additional duties as required by your line manager
In order to be successful in this role, there are a number of attributes and traits that you will ideally possess:

- AAT qualified, ACCA/CIMA part qualified or equivalent
- Possess recent Management Accounts and Month end experience
- Strong excel skills, such as Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- Experience working with ERP systems would be considered desirable - Be open-minded in your approach, and being comfortable adapting to a changing environment
- Strong communication skills and happy to communicate at all levels across the business
