**Job Profile**

Goodfellows are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Morden on a full time, permanent basis

As a Negotiator working for Goodfellows you will receive:

- £30,000 - £45,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum
- Monthly commission pay
- Uncapped earning opportunities
- Defined career path / progression opportunities

In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will:

- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of mortgage services
- Display excellent customer service at all times

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
