Linden House is a?4-person?supported living service where?you will be?supportingyoung?adults?who are moving out of?long-term?hospital and ATU stays into a more independent living environment.?We will be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism,complex needs, high levels of behaviours that challenge and mental health?needs, the role will consist of supporting them:?
- To engage in all daily activities?
- To keep their home clean and fresh?
- To make full use of their community and beyond?
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
- Shopping, trips out, social activities, connecting with family and friends?
- Managing their finances?
- And enjoying what you do

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
