The Estates department provides a wide range of maintenance and operational services. We are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active person, who is flexible in their approach to work, with communication, organisational and trade skills necessary for this challenging role.

You will have a strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical services as related to building services and have excellent man management skills

You will be required to participate in the Estates Managers On Call rota, as such leading the response to estates matters that occur outside of normal working hours.

You will be responsible for the day to day building and engineering maintenance (planned and reactive) using in house multi skilled and trade skilled Craftsmen and Operatives.

You will liaise closely with Estates Management to advise problems, difficulties and successes encountered, Suppliers for materials and spare parts and Contractors undertaking work of a specialist nature.
