The CRM Service Administrator role is the first point of contact for patients within the CRM devices services. Working with a team of Physiologist's and our newly appointed CRM Data Co-ordinator you will be responsible for booking and managing patients within the CRM follow-up clinics.

This is a varying and challenging role, that requires excellent communication skills and compassion.
- Managed Clinic bookings for both in-office and remote clincis, and highlight capacity issues to Cardiology Data Co-ordinator and Lead Physiologist
- CRM
- Using a variety of IT systems, Liaise with both Patients and Medical Staff who access the CRM device services to provide the required information
- Raise queries to Physiologist team in a timely fashion
- Maintain accurate records within CRM Devices follow-up service

Maintain Clinic Bookings

Deal with Patient Queries

Raise Issues of concern to Physiologist Team

Maintain Patient Access plans and provide information on Clinic capacity and demand
