**As part of your key responsibilities you'll**:
Provide consulting solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI
Create and maintain documentation of environment design, configuration and workflow
Support business teams alongside other IT SAP colleagues
Will need to work closely with the functional team to help develop the best solutions
Support and promote integration relationships between IT and business functions
Provide accurate timelines for specific tasks assigned
Provide end-user support as required
Offer mentorship to fellow team members and colleagues
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

**About You**

7-8 years SAP development experience
ABAP development
1 + years S/4 Hana
Fiori experience is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills
You're someone who can see the big picture but still has hands in the code
Educated to degree level / be of degree calibre
Strong Integration experience
Demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation
Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 system issues
Strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign
Knowledge of Scoping and Planning, Process design, configuration, testing and deployment
Good working knowledge in SAP ERP systems and S/4HANA
Must be a hands on developer with strong skills in Interfaces, enhancements, workflow, and forms
Experience of SAP Cloud Platform or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Be able to do a functional design across S/4HANA and BTP)

Location: Cowley, Oxford - with blended working from home opportunities

**Salary**: £45,000 to £55
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
