**Aubilities** seeks skilled, experienced freelancers to deliver training on neurodiversity. The sessions must be engaging and impactful. These sessions will cover various topics on workplace neurodiversity, including:
Understanding different neurodivergent conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia)

Creating an inclusive and neuroaffirming workplace culture

Accommodations and reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent employees.

Communication strategies for neurodivergent individuals

Building neurodiversity awareness and allyship

**Training Delivery**:
Training sessions may be delivered in person or online.

Aubilities will cover all expenses for in-person training, including travel (e.g., commute, bus tickets), accommodation (if necessary), and meals.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging training to a diverse audience of employees, managers, and HR professionals.

Adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and audience needs.

Use various training methods to achieve desired outcomes. These include presentations, group discussions, case studies, and role-playing.

Provide constructive feedback and support to participants.

Track and report on training outcomes and participant feedback.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance.

Stay updated on the latest research on neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in facilitation, training delivery, or adult education.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in using online training platforms and virtual meeting tools.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:
Experience in delivering training on neurodiversity, diversity, and inclusion (DEI) or related topics

Knowledge of neurodiversity conditions and their impact on the workplace.

Experience working with diverse populations and adapting training to different cultural contexts.

**Personal experience with neurodiversity,** such as:
Being a parent of a neurodivergent child and self-identifying as neurodivergent.

A strong interest in promoting workplace inclusion

Training materials may come from Aubilities or the facilitator must create them.

We will base compensation on experience, project scope, and deliverables.
