We’re looking for a CRM Solution Specialist to join our CRM Programme team. The CRM team supports the RNLI through maintaining and optimising the CRM systems which include D365, NG and First Class platforms so they continue to make our processes easier and cost effective. Also being able to triage support tickets using Hornbill for Opera users and other systems users.

**Your Role**:
As a CRM Solutions Specialist you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

- Accountable for the provision of effective and sustainable system and process specialist support including root cause analysis, ideas and implementation plans for improvement and supporting enhancement or change projects by over-seeing project deliverables.
- Working closely with the business areas to ensure full optimisation of the system, identifying training needs whilst supporting the area Super-Users in delivering the training or delivering it yourself
- Acting as the conduit between the business and both the in-house technical team and the external providers to ensure that requirements are captured, confirmed understood, tested and communicated
- Working closely with a team of CRM Application Technical Specialists who technically support the wider RNLI user base in implementing CRM technical improvements and fixes.
- Understanding of Data and Data Management
- Managing and providing the priority, schedule, testing and administration of all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.

**About You**:
You’ll be technically brilliant, positive and motivated to share your knowledge. You should have the people skills to inspire confidence in colleagues from any level in the organisation whilst being detail orientated and risk averse. To be considered as the CRM Solutions Specialist you may have:

- College diploma or university degree in the field of information systems, and/or equivalent work experience in this area or the area of Technical Business Analysis
- Proven significant experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Skilled in SQL for data retrieval, analysis and update would be a useful bonus.
- Coding skills would be a useful bonus.
