As our new **Social Media Specialist**, you will join our high-achieving and international **Digital Media Team**(11 people and growing across the globe). You will take responsibility over building and launching social media campaign across all product lines of Agilent wide portfolio of solutions working closely with internal stakeholders. You will work on assignments and develop market/product business plans and strategic marketing programs, while enjoying all the support and encouragement you need to build a far-reaching career.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Work within the internal digital media team to build and execute paid social media campaigns, with focus on paid LinkedIn and Facebook. Continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign portfolios across all social channels.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies, campaign setup, deployment, monitoring and optimization.
- Provide monthly reporting, as well as expertise and guidance to internal teams on their campaign performance.
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted adviser by sharing latest industry trend and, media recommendations, continuously educating internal stakeholders.
- Work with Media Client Partners on brainstorming campaign strategy and design to provide high-level media plans.
- Provide insights from past campaign performance and learnings to internal team.
- Identifying trends and analyzing results that help steer innovation — making recommendations to further drive awareness, growth, and engagement
- This role can be based in the US from our Little Falls offices (Wilmington, Delaware) with a hybrid model or anywhere in Europe where Agilent is based, where in this case, you will have the opportunity to work fully remotely or on a hybrid model by working from one of our offices on the continent._
