Spencer Clarke are recruiting for Children's Support Workers, within Bolton, and surrounding areas to provide general support to vast arrary of children with varied needs and abilities. You will be working alongside an experienced team of teaching assistants to provide the best possible care for the children in the school.

**Overview**:
**Title**:School based Support Worker

**Pay**: Daily rate of **£100 MINIMUM**

**Location**:Bolton Area

**Hours**: 08.30 - 15.30

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to students within the Behaviour Unit, helping them to manage and improve their behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
- Maintain accurate records of student behaviour and progress.
- Support classroom activities and provide additional assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students in their personal and academic development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
