**Project Administrator**

Map Group (UK) Ltd are looking for full-time permanent Project Administrators. The purpose of this role is to provide a range of assistance to a department servicing our operational colleagues, and to contribute to the achievement of departmental and business-wide objectives.

We are looking for a confident and organised Project Administrator to work alongside the Senior Operations Managers, playing a crucial, hands-on role in delivering Fibre To The Home rollouts. You will have a complete overview of each project, including activity, risks and costs, flagging any potential issues and driving improvements to our processes - helping us deliver fibre faster and more efficiently.

**Responsibility**
- Implement and maintain filing and record keeping systems
- Data input and management
- Raise notices or other documentary requirements
- Ensure full visibility of activity, costs and risks across all areas of the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring SharePoint and other systems are updated and maintained
- Coordinate the project activities by working with all stakeholders to enable flawless project execution
- Monitor and track progress against the detailed project plan - identifying risk and supporting the Senior Operations Manager in identifying mitigation activities
- Report project progress, status, cost and risk using appropriate tools and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Potential travel required (eg to meetings)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Accuracy and eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Good organisational skills
- Project Management skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to use MS Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint to an intermediate level
- Telecoms or construction experience would be beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
