Skins and Needles Tattoo Studio is a renowned and thriving tattoo studio located in North Yorkshire. We have three branches, Middlesbrough, Durham, and Ingleby Barwick. Now, we are opening our newest addition in York, where this role will be based. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional tattoo artistry and providing our clients with a welcoming and professional experience. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

As the Front of House Receptionist/Piercer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our studio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing appointments and the booking system.
- Providing information on our services and assisting with client queries.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
- Supporting the tattoo artists as needed.
- Assisting with retail sales of studio merchandise.
- Piercing services (full training provided)

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- A passion for art and tattoos is appreciated.
- Willingness to become a piercer.
