We are looking for a Cash and Bank team leader to join our Finance Operations Team, based in Liverpool or Manchester.

Our Finance Operations team is currently undergoing significant change as we look to deliver a more efficient and effective service to our internal and external clients.

You will be working in a finance team led by an award-winning CFO and an award-winning Transformation Leader, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best.

**Core skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of Solictors' Accounts Rules (SAR)
- Internal and external legal cashiering compliance
- Ability to motivate and improve the performance of team members
- Able communicator, able to get messages across with clarity and precision
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment
- Knowledge of best practice Legal Cashiering processes
- Track record of delivering measurable process improvements
- Data-driven
- Solutions-oriented mind-set, innovative and able to come up 'outside the box' solutions
- Detail oriented approach with significant emphasis on achieving a high quality of work
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel to intermediate level (Pivots, table joins, Power Query)

**In addition, the following skills and experiences are beneficial, but not essential**:

- Previous law firm experience
- Previous experience in a high volume/ shared services type environment
- Working knowledge of 3E, and Cash Application platforms (e.g. High Radius, Blackline)
