The Emerging Talent team within the Bis Henderson Group is growing Based in Northamptonshire we are looking to add to our vastly experienced, successful team and hire a Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant, on offer is the following starting package:
**Salary**: £24,000 + uncapped commission

Company laptop and mobile

25 days holiday + bank holidays

This is an ideal role for anyone looking to start a long-term career with a company that is booming post-pandemic.You will be working closely with an experienced Recruiter, who will be your mentor and help you. All our consultants are 360 recruiters and are therefore sales-focused, so if you have ambition and are good with people, this could be the ideal role for you

The Company

A consulting group with activities in recruitment, outsourcing, business strategy and HR. Financially very strong and THE market leader in its sector: Logistics and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn the industry
- Find new clients and gain an understanding of their company and typical role requirements
- Write job adverts
- Conduct and arrange interviews

Key Skills/Experience:

- Be confident when making telephone calls
- Be organised with your time and when operating the CRM systems
- Be determined
- Be goal-orientated
- Be eager to succeed.

You will have recently qualified with a degree in, ideally, Business Studies, Economics or Management but other degrees will be considered. Alternatively, you will be looking to kick start your career in a busy office environment
