Join us as a Private Banking, Credit Assistant
- In your new role, you’ll be supporting our private bankers, helping them to provide a seamless client experience
- You’ll act as the second point of contact for our clients, making sure that their needs are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
- You’ll prosper in a supportive and collaborative environment, where we’ll help you to achieve qualifications and build upon your existing skills
**What you'll do**:
You’ll be assisting our front-line advisers in providing lending advice to our private banking clients.
You’ll also be:
- Maintaining banking and credit product knowledge and an understanding of the wider market and industry
- Providing support to advisers with CCA non-regulated lending cases
- Preparing reports and credit submissions and producing client-lending documentation
- Undertaking accurate and relevant research and data analysis, including affordability analysis
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced risk management
**The skills you'll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of banking policies, products and procedures. You’ll be able to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you’ll have good communication skills.
We’ll also want to see:
- A good understanding of how to provide a high level of client service
- A background of working in a financial services environment
- The ability to work within a sales and service culture
- Good numeracy skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office
