**IFA Administration Manager**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Financial Planning Administration professional to join a reputable Wealth Management practice who specialise in giving advice on investments, retirement planning, protection and tax..

The purpose of this role will be to oversee a team of administrators, monitoring workflow, troubleshooting as well as rolling up your sleeves and undertaking the administration work yourself as required.

**Core tasks will involve**:

- Overseeing a team of administrators ensuring work is completed in required timeframes.
- Coaching existing team members assisting them with their development.
- Troubleshooting complex queries.
- Monitoring business processing in relation to a wide range of areas including pensions, investments, tax planning and protection.
- Daily use of client management system, Intelligent Office and Iris ensuring an accurate record of all work undertaken for advisers and clients.
- Monitoring valuations, illustrations ensuring protocol is followed.
- Acting as a technical referral point and mentor for less experienced team members and administrators when needed.
- Assisting with the provision of management information reporting.
- Inducting new starters and providing training.
- Holding appraisals and 121s with team members.
- Representing the administration team during board meetings.

**Requirements**:
Good communication, organisational and time management skills are essential for this role, as is a keen eye for detail and due diligence.
