Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Administrator based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The IFA Administrator will support financial advisers by managing client communications, preparing financial documentation, processing applications, and providing administrative assistance for investments, pensions, and insurance services. Responsibilities also include maintaining client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and offering general office support to ensure seamless daily operations. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration Basic understanding of financial services, including investments, pensions, and insurance processes Attention to detail and familiarity with compliance regulations in the financial industry IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively manage time in a dynamic work environment Previous experience in financial services and knowledge of IFA operations is preferred Relevant qualifications such as a diploma in financial planning or a related field would be advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
