getUBetter is scaling rapidly. It is the market leader in digital-self management support for musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions in the UK and now expanding into other conditions as well.
We are helping NHS organisations to support people to self-manage from any injury or condition across their entire care pathway. Enabling patients to trust their recovery, have the confidence to self-manage and get better without over treatment.
Our mission is to guide people through their recovery so they can effectively self-manage and only use healthcare services when it is going to benefit them. This improves outcomes for people and helps the NHS be efficient as possible.
We are growing our NHS footprint, and looking for dynamic clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds to join our team of clinicians, transformational change experts and developers. Ideally, but not essential, we hope to attract people who are suitable for the primary care ARR type roles, so you may have a background in First Contact Physio, clinical/technical pharmacy, care co-ordinator, social prescribing, occupational therapist or worked as a paramedic
As a getUBetter clinician you will be at the forefront of the getUBetter clinical and technical service. The clinician will be expected to contribute to the development of our unique clinical pathways, deploy across the health system (NHS) and contribute to our digital self-management platform. There is no average day; the role is varied and you'll work on pathway configuration and maintenance, user experience, development of clinical content, training of new customers to the getUBetter service as well as maintaining clinical services for our existing customers.
The role is required to work closely with our Specialist Clinicians, Clinical lead, Clinical Director and Chief Operating Officer. Your role will have responsibility to contribute to, execute and maintain excellent clinical delivery of our digital health technology.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Clinical Research, analysis, and content
- Support the review current research and guidelines and work with the clinical team to create new and review existing clinical content and pathways. To ensure that getUBetter maintains a high level of quality and provides information that is evidenced based and safe.
- Add new clinical content to the platform, then review and test in-app to ensure that the content is correct, safe and easy to use.
- Ensure that clinical changes fall in line with internal clinical governance policies and procedures
- Establish, monitor, and act upon (where appropriate) clinical service level agreements
Deployment
- Support the clinical and project management team with the deployment of all product into customer organisations
- Support delivery of product awareness and training into customer organisations - to include CCG’s, GP’s and physio teams
Account management
- Gain an understanding of customer need, expectations, and aspirations
- Work with the clinical team to develop a partnership approach to delivery, support customer relations and ensure the best possible outcomes for customers is championed
General:
- Coordinate and prioritise your workload with clinicians and clinical lead, operating within the routine monthly and weekly cycle of business activity
- Attend regular team training
**Salary**: £33,000.00-£40,500.00 per year
