**Location: Wimbledon**
**Department: Risk Management**
**Salary: £0 - £30000 per annum**
**The Role**:
Provide an effective administrative support function to the Information Security (InfoSec), Risk & Customer Data Functions. Collating, recording, and reviewing data to both escalate anomalies & issues and produce regular reports to support the level of governance required by the Information Security & Risk Committee, whilst supporting the operational management of customer or security focused enquiries through to resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and aid the coordination of the TPRG Governance Program
- To build and develop information resources relevant to governance
- Support investigations for incidents of varying levels across InfoSec, Risk & GDPR
- Facilitate risk assessment processes and ensure that risk registers are managed
- Accurately capture and consolidate data from a wide range of sources
- Ensure all data and documents are correctly recorded and uploaded
- Support InfoSec, Risk & GDPR Teams in monitoring performance & delivery of plans
- Develop and document policies & procedures, where required ensure implementation
- Act as a key point of communication between Delivery Teams & Security Council
- Develop & maintain relationships to ensure effective delivery of Gov. Programme
**What we would like to see in you**:
- Experience to governance, information security, risk and GDPR processes and policies is preferred
- Understanding of any additional legislative or regulatory environments is preferred
- Very strong experience of owning an administrative and / or office management environment
- Proven structured approach to collating & managing large volumes of data to deliver regular reports
- Proven structured approach to managing large policy documentation catalogues
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple Departments / Brands to ensure delivery of plans
- Experience in large retail, multi-brand or multi-site organisation would be beneficial
