**What will you do?**
Reporting directly to the Director of care, you will complete enhanced training in** Wellbeing and Mental Health **to become your homes **Wellbeing Champion. **Once qualified you will act as an advisor to the Director of care on all areas relating to your specialism offering insight, project and implementation management.

**What do you need?**
You will have unrivalled passion and dedication to** Wellbeing and Mental Health. **You will have the ability not only to understand the complexities of this area but be able to guide others in its delivery. You will have strong leadership qualities with the ability to challenge misconceptions around **Wellbeing and Mental Health **with a unique and creative viewpoint in order to adapt and enhance current practices, to help your residents receive outstanding levels of care.
