We are a growing business looking to build our team at our HQ in Nethy Bridge. We have an opportunity for a capable, self-motivated person to join our friendly team. We are fortunate to work in a unique nature/travel environment, organising holiday experiences which give both staff and clients a great deal of enjoyment. We are highly focused on the delivery of exceptional holidays.

As well a passion for wildlife and travel, the successful applicant will require meticulous administration skills, attention to detail, accuracy, common sense, good literacy and numeracy skills, a confident telephone manner, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Wide-ranging computer skills are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be involved in all aspects of holiday organisation and administration, including;
- Dealing with customer bookings and fulfilment, including invoicing, issuing of holiday materials, collecting and processing payments, advising and helping clients with travel plans according to their needs, and post-holiday liaison.
- Liaising with external hotels and guides, ferry companies, ground agents and airlines in the UK and overseas.
- Communicate itineraries and pre-departure information to guides to ensure they are fully briefed prior to a tour start date.
- Involvement in web page updates, and literature production.

**Essential Skills, Competencies and Experience**
- Wide-ranging IT skills. Experience in cloud-based CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred, but not essential.
- Meticulous administration skills. Close attention to detail with highly developed literacy and numeracy skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop and sustain internal & external business relationships
- Confident telephone manner
- Geographic knowledge of Scotland
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- An interest in bird watching, travel and wildlife would be preferable, though not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
