KEY RESPONSIBILITY'S:

- Working with staff resource requirements as compiled by the Event and Production Managers, create a weekly staff schedule to deliver Technical support for events.
- Use knowledge of the building and individual crew member's skill sets to assist the Technical Manager in allocating staff to tasks.
- Work with Senior Technicians to understand Maintenance, Housekeeping, Training and Personal Development requirements and administer this with the Technical Manager on the relevant systems. - Document and monitor department annualised hours, ensuring thatWorking Time Directive regulations are adhered to.
- Support in the management of the departments annualised hours to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Build and maintain the casual worker and freelance labour pool, for all departments ensuring all contact details are current and correct.
- To reconcile resources, charges and hours worked post event and to update event paperwork in conjunction with the Production Department to ensure timely recharging.
- To support the Production team in communicating with the client about their upcoming event, responding to client queries and assisting in managing the Production Desk in box - To ensure all event documentation is stored correctly and accurately.
- To support in the raising of purchase orders for the Technical and Production Department.
- To administer the Production Calendar.
- Support in covering Event Support roles and functions due to holiday, sickness absence and busy periods.
- Any other duties as required in line with NEC group policy and procedure.
- Support the Technical Manager, Senior Production Manager and Head of T&P in projects
- Although this post is based at the ICC, there is a requirement to support events at The Vox and other potential NEC Group and external venues.
