This position offers the opportunity to make an impact by ensuring that meeting, training, and collaboration spaces operate seamlessly and support innovation across multiple campuses.BenefitsWork with cutting-edge AV and collaboration technologies in a large, enterprise-scale environmentBe part of a mission-driven healthcare organization improving patient and staff experiencesCollaborative, forward-thinking technology team with growth potentialExcellent benefits package including health, dental, and retirement optionsProfessional development opportunities and AV industry certifications encouragedCompensationWhat You’ll Be DoingLead technical support for audiovisual systems in training, meeting, and collaboration spacesInstall, configure, and maintain AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, control panels, etc.)Support live and hybrid events using Zoom, Webex, Teams, and other platformsPartner with IT and facilities teams to design and implement AV technology upgradesTroubleshoot complex AV and networked systems to ensure system uptimeMonitor and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional mannerMentor and guide junior staff while maintaining organized and functional AV spacesWhat You’ll Need to be ConsideredAssociate degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or related technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)Expertise with Crestron, AV-over-IP (e.g., DM NVX), and enterprise AV systemsStrong knowledge of signal flow, control systems, and TCP/IP networking for AV integrationAbility to interpret AV system drawings and technical documentationFamiliarity with lecture capture systems, digital whiteboards, and remote monitoring toolsCTS or related AV certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
