**About the Role**

As a **Supply Planner**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time across all channels. You’ll manage the full stock lifecycle—from product introduction to exit—while collaborating closely with suppliers, distribution centres and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

You’ll be part of a strong, stable and highly experienced team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. We can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).

Key responsibilities will include;
Raising and reviewing purchase orders aligned with sales forecasts and promotional event
- s Maximising product availability across all channels while achieving stock turn targets and supporting efficient cash flo
- w Collaborating with Distribution Centres to phase stock intake and improve operational efficienc
- y Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet deman
- d Analysing supply and demand data to identify trends, risks and opportunitie
- s Supporting the development and implementation of supply chain strategie
- s Monitoring supplier performance and resolve supply issues proactivel
- y Maintaining and updating reports using Excel and relevant planning system
- s Supporting E-Commerce fulfilment and space planning initiative

**About You**

Strong understanding of supply chain planning principle
- s Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems such as Relex is a plu
- s Excellent time management and organisational skill
- s Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitie
- s Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approac
- h Experience in supply planning or inventory management is desirable, but not essentia
- l Passion for pets and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic retail environmen
