Global Sales Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading British luxury company, who have created globally recognised and state-of-the-art products. They are a small but fast-growing company, at a highly exciting stage of growth. They are looking for a Global Sales Manager in order to implement the sales strategy, participating in the next stage of the brand’s international development, and increasing volume, distribution and profit in line with the company’s growth plans.
In this challenging and important role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing our Country managers and will drive growth across global distribution, coaching, encouraging, and mentoring them to help achieved the sales budgets. They must embody the brand philosophy and values, driving business through passionate delivery of brand ethos. To succeed they should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothing and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive growth across the UK, US, Australia and Hong Kong markets to deliver the global vison and strategy.
- Responsible for the day-to-day people management, monitoring and driving performance, developing sales teams in a professional, authentic sales environment. You’ll take a key role in driving change and acting as an ambassador internally and externally.
- Set individual objectives and KPI, guidance and appraisal for direct reports ensuring development and growth of talent.
- Drive a relentless customer-focused culture in the sales team
- Continuously review competitor activity and monitor sales trends in the market and present key findings to sales and managing director
- Ensure that the annual budget meets the strategic objectives of the company and delivers this in a cost-effective way
- Build, develop and manage new and existing distribution arrangements with key partners and retailers
- Review, analyse and feedback on sales activity, demands of the market and customer perception at retail
- Work closely with Customer and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment of activities
- Develop a strong commercial department in terms of planning, process & procedure, team and delivery
The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days’ per week in the office in Henley-on-Thames and flexibility to make overseas trips for 2-3 weeks at a time.

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
