**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and baking various types of breads and baked products.
- Participate in mixing, scaling, and shaping doughs.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
- Help maintain a clean and organised work area, including utensils and equipment.
- Support in managing production volumes and meeting daily targets.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Ideally, 1 year of experience in baking (professional or relevant training).
- A keen interest in learning and developing your skills in artisanal bread making.
- Knowledge of dough preparation times and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in food preparation.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for high-quality baked goods.
