Paul Rhodes Bakery is a multiple award-winning bakery that has been baking since 2003. We produce a wide range of handcrafted products including artisanal and classic bread, all-butter viennoiserie, and a beautiful selection of cakes and pastry items, and deliver these every day throughout the London region. We supply directly to over 1000 businesses from famous names such as Dinner by Heston, Fortnum & Mason, Shangri-La Hotels, Young's pubs, Google and OXO Tower, to name a few, as well as to office caterers, local delis, bakeries, and cafes and many more.
- If you are a passionate, Baker at an early stage in your career and would like experience in producing handcrafted bread, then we have a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Night Baker at our Greenwich Bakery.

**Key information**:

- Assist the Head Baker and team in the production of handmade baked products.
- Experience: Shaping and topping
- Work as part of a team to ensure that bread is prepared in line with the recipe, quality requirements, and standards, and are to high quality consistently every day in line with customer orders.
- Capable of learning to produce a wide range of bakery products and working to company recipes
- A pro-active personality - who is passionate about good bread, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities
- Can-do attitude
- Organized and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan
- Willingness to learn and a hunger to develop their Bakery skills
- Be able to effectively work within a high performing team
- Follow and maintain Paul Rhodes Bakery processes and best practice
- Have a genuine interest and desire to be part of a high-volume bakery
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.

**Job Details**:

- ** Contract**:Permanent
- ** Salary**:upto £25,000 per annum
- ** Hours**: 45 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
