We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and support our growing business. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for our external sales representatives. Excellent customer service is paramount to our award winning company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the transport department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator similar role
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent, clear communication skills

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:
