A major digital transformation consultancy is looking for a senior design researcher to help deliver results for clients in local and central government. They are an organisation committed to delivering sustainable solutions that make a positive differenceto people’s lives.

**What you’ll be doing**

A senior design researcher is required to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver results on a variety of important projects. Seeking to facilitate a deep understanding of the people who use client services alongside policy specialists, you willsupport the development of research practices and success of design solutions.Your role will involve providing strategic support and leading design research work across a variety of projects. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, you’ll produceactionable insights, helping to deliver results that support communities across the UK.This is an agency with fantastic UX maturity, with large teams of UX, visual, and interaction designers, as well as user researchers. They commit lots of resources to learningand development and provide opportunities to coach and mentor other researchers.

**W hat experience you’ll need to apply**
- Linking qualitative and quantitative data to develop significant insights.
- Conducting participatory research that supports community action.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and embedding research-led design approaches into this way of working.
- Able to communicate insights to colleagues and clients with confidence.
- Experience mentoring more junior researchers and willingness to support practice sharing.
