We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work for us here at Coburg Banks in our successful health & social care division. We need someone with experience in this sector who wants to run the division and help to grow it to its full potential
We're a multi-sector recruitment agency with specialisms in the Sales, IT, Technical and Social Care sectors. We've got big plans for the next five years and we're looking to grow our teams with talented people who want to grow and build something special withus.
We offer a structured career progression where you can develop, get promoted and earn a pay-rise every 6 months if you hit your targets - Team Leader and Manager status are only a few jumps away.
If you've got at least 12 months' perm recruitment experience in the healthcare sector or something related to it, and you're a bright, aspiring recruiter who's hungry for success, progression and lots of money, then we'd love to see your CV.
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting for a range of key clients, hitting key performance and financial targets along the way
- Managing and contacting leads provided to you by our marketing team (you will not be required to do **any** cold calling)
- Taking detailed specifications from clients to get a thorough understanding about the role
- Proactively sourcing the best people for your clients, whether that be through advertising or database searching
**Requirements**:

- Experience of recruiting for a reputable recruitment agency
- At least 12 months' experience in the job
- A consistent placement and billing record
- Effective organisational and time planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, numeracy and literacy skills
- Solid IT skills and have prior experience of working with recruitment CRMs
**The Package**:

- Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
- Bonus: OTE of £30,000 per annum, big over-riders if over target
- Benefits include:
