In the role, you will be tasked with managing an existing perm desk within the health and social care sector.
Based in the company's Sutton Coldfield office, you'll report to your manager and will be responsible for the following:

- Working with clients to fill their social care related vacancies
- Picking up and developing new client relationships and all that entails

**What do I need?**

You will have a minimum of a year's experience within agency recruitment, working on a social care perm desk.

You will have an eye for detail and tons of organisational skills.
You will also need good written and verbal communication skills.**
What can I earn?**
Dependent on experience, the position offers £28k to £35K per annum, plus a bonus scheme on all placements made.

Salary increases based on hitting 6 monthly financial targets (opportunity for 2 salary increases per year).

Other incentives include early Friday finishes (1pm) based on hitting weekly financial target.
