We have an exciting opportunity for an Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

**Job title**: Recruitment Consultant

**Department/Section**: Recruitment

**Location**: Office based, Leicester, LE19 1RJ

**Salary**:£22 - £25k plus commission bonus paid quarterly

**Main purposes of job**

The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to identify leads, and deliver the Network proposition to potential new Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Regulated Introducers (RIs) and support the recruitment team with administration

**Key results/objectives**:

- Work to the quality standards set by the Network for new AR and RI recruits
- Use negotiating skills to deliver maximum profit per AR firm
- Contribute to the Network’s recruitment target by effective administration

**Key tasks
- Deliver the Network’s recruitment target both in terms of numbers of ARs and their contribution to the P&L
- Identify and target new business opportunities from cold calling from a database
- Identify and work with advocates within the existing Network to generate leads and help grow existing businesses
- Be an expert on the proposition and be able to identify how it can benefit the potential AR/RI
- Work closely with the PST to generate and filter potential recruits to the Network
- Plan and prepare an effective calling pattern
- Communicate new proposition developments to prospective AR and RIs
- Work with Marketing to constantly improve communication channels and messages to potential ARs and RIs
- Regular provide written reports and feedback as required
- As experience / knowledge grows - demonstrating the company technology

**Admin**
- Support the Recruitment team with any documentation as required
- Ensure all information is entered onto the appropriate data base as required
- Liaises with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding within the Network
- Ensuring recruitment administration is done within regulatory framework
- Handling enquires for the recruitment team

**Qualifications**:
- CeMap desirable but not essential
- Other relevant qualifications

Skills/competencies
- Demonstrable influencing skills
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- An understanding of the regulatory environment
- Good team player, but with a definite ability to work under own initiative
- Good computer skills including Excel and Word, and Broker specific tools
- An understanding of Mortgage Networks and their practices would be beneficial, however not essential

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector desirable
- A sound background in a structured Business environment
- Able to follow clearly defined procedures
- Experience of working under pressure, prioritising and working to tight deadlines

**Personal qualities**
- Highly self-motivated and with strong personal discipline to meet key objectives
- Able to work on their own to achieve their goals
- A tenacious attitude to recruitment
- Confident and assured manner when presenting the Proposition, whilst maintaining an honest style that promotes the TCF culture of the Network
- A real desire to drive a key area of the business
