About the Role

As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with high-calibre clients across a variety of sectors. You'll play a key role in delivering top-tier search assignments, talent advisory projects, and senior-level recruitment campaigns.

You'll be joining a small, collaborative, and high-performing team that values ambition, professionalism, and personal growth. The role offers hands-on exposure to executive search practices, relationship management, and strategic recruitment delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for individuals who are either:

  • Recent graduates eager to begin a career in executive search and talent advisory, or
  • Recruitment consultants with 6–12 months' experience seeking to move into a more strategic, research-led environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in recruitment (any sector) –
    or
    a strong academic background with a demonstrable interest in recruitment/consulting.
  • Permanent recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially minded.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.

What's on Offer

  • Basic salary:
  • Graduates: £22,000 – £25,000
  • Experienced consultants (6–12 months): £26,000 – £32,000
  • Commission: up to 35%, paid quarterly
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (office-based)
  • Supportive team culture with direct mentoring and professional development
