**Front of House Team Leader Vacancy - Llandudno**

**The Gwesty Links Pub and Hotel **is now looking to recruit a **Front of House Team Leader** to join the team.

**About the role**:
As a **Front of House Team Leader,** pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. You’ll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and being a positive role model for your team. Taking the lead and running shifts, it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you’re passionate about.

Previous experience as a** Team Leader** or Supervisor within a similar hospitality or retail role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player.

As we are located in the picturesque village of Plumley, close to Knutsford, you would need to be able to drive to reach us as well as be flexible with your working patterns.

**About the Pub**:
The Links Hotel was built in 1898 during Llandudno’s first tourist boom. The Links occupies a prime site in the heart of the town and has been sympathetically refurbished to be redefined as a modern pub and hotel. The site boasts a full refurbishment with 15 bedrooms and a large outdoor drinking terrace returning ‘The Gateway to Llandudno’ to its former glory.
