We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our family business in the hotel industry. As a front of house (FOH) team member, you will plat a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsabilities:
Greeting guests upon arrival and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. Handling reservations and assisting with check-in and check-out processes. Responding to guests inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Participating in in-house training programs to improve your skills and knowledge of the industry.

**Requirements**:
Prior to experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and weekends as needed.
