**Role Overview**:
As a PPC / Google Ads Specialist, you will take full responsibility for your clients’ paid search strategies, managing campaigns with significant budgets and executing large seasonal promotions. You’ll be tasked with developing campaign angles, refining targeting strategies, and reporting on KPIs to ensure ongoing improvements. You’ll work closely with our in-house design team on creative assets, and may collaborate with videographers and photographers for additional campaign materials.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve growth, sharing in their success and continuously driving performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
- Create and implement strategic campaign angles and targeting plans
- Take ownership of client growth, strategy, and overall account performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, including graphics, motion graphics, video, and photography
- Regularly report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ongoing optimisation efforts
- Manage large, seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously seeking ways to improve campaign performance

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Strong marketing background, beyond just proficiency with PPC tools
- Proven track record of managing high-budget ad accounts, ideally in retail or within an agency setting
- Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, SEMrush, and similar tools
- Expertise in developing and executing paid advertising strategies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passionate, driven, and committed to delivering results for clients

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with other forms of paid advertising, including social ads, LinkedIn ads, or programmatic ads
- Experience collaborating with videographers and photographers to create campaign assets
