Digital Marketer

We are looking for a personable and driven digital marketing specialist / account manager with excellent communication skills, strong writing abilities and an instinct for business which helps you think strategically for clients.
If you have a knack for building relationships, experience in marketing and a passion for seeing businesses grow, we want to hear from you.
You'll need to be able to head up digital strategies for clients and carry out marketing tasks to help their businesses evolve. These could include anything from multi-channel digital campaigns to search-focused marketing strategies, crafting punchy social media content or developing messaging which helps to tell the story of their brand.
You will be able to work collaboratively the rest of the digital marketing team to find solutions which align with client goals, then execute them with excellent attention to detail.
A willingness to learn, stay organised, think independently, and collaborate as part of a bigger team is a must. You'll also be able to manage strategies across multiple clients, prioritise your workload and manage client expectations effectively.
In this role, strong writing and communication skills are essential, and there will be opportunity for training in the other areas of digital marketing. In turn, you will be part of a creative, ambitious and collaborative team, who will support you in enhancing your skills and abilities in digital marketing.
We offer flexible working which is currently one day a week in the studio, and the rest at home.
**The responsibilities**
- Use the skills within the team to deliver excellence for clients.
- Thinking strategically for your clients: how can we use digital to help them achieve their goals.
- Writing search-focused landing pages.
- Curating punchy and compelling ad copy that cuts through the noise.
- Help to tell the story of a client’s brand.
- Proofreading work with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.
- Identifying good PR opportunities for clients and reaching out to journalists or magazines.
- Personable and good at building relationships.
- Good presentation skills.
- A talent for campaign planning and collaborating on campaign concepts with the team.
- Able to think both creatively and strategically.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to present strategies and reports to clients.
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic about digital marketing.
- An understanding of writing for SEO, or a willingness to learn.
- Someone with an eye for detail and who takes pride in their work.
- Motivated and eager to keep on top of evolving digital trends.
- Previous experience of regular communication with customers.
