**The role**

We are looking for a **Technical Administrator** to support our **Capital Investment team** here at Southern Housing.

In this role, you will provide a full range of administrative and support services, ranging from moderate to complex, to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Retrofit Delivery team. You will be supporting our Project Managers and wider delivery team with key tasks such as reporting, note taking, inbox management and monitoring systems and databases.

Based at **Sittingbourne** with attendance to some of our main offices when required, this role offers 2 days a week in the office, with the option for working from home, as agreed with your line manager.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous administration experience
- Experience/knowledge of working within Housing Construction
- Ability to use a variety of software packages, including Microsoft, to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
- Proven experience of providing high standards of customer service, with experience of managing complaints
- Experienced in co-ordinating/compiling reports.
- Ability to prioritise workload with a strong level of attention to detail
