The person to coming in to the role may have some experience within a similar position or will belooking for their first role within finance and will be keen to progress and study towards gaining a recognised accounting qualification.

**Responsibilities**:

- Petty cash accounting
- Cash book and bank processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card provider reconciliations
- Reviewing and reporting on voids/edits/discounts
- General support of the purchase ledger function
- Reconciliation of the accounting ledger
- Preparation of direct debit collection files
- To assist the Financial Controller with daily finance duties as required

**About you**:

- Strong administration skills, efficient, organised & numerical
- Smart and presentable
- Likes to work in a team
- Good communicator - verbal and written
- Confident in dealing with people
