Client Services Manager

**Job Title: Client Services Manager** **Location: High Wycombe** **Salary: £25 - £30k DoE** **Responsibilities**: - Attend customer meetings, briefs, presentations, and client events as required. - Share best practice across accounts and with other team members. - Working with team to create brief response that meets the client's brief and budget and assisting Account Execs when needed for support. - Present project plans to clients and direct Client Service Execs to help with creating estimates ready to send to clients. - Briefing the creative studio and digital teams. - Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met. - Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress. - Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project. - Manage project budgets, working with Client Account Execs to obtain supplier costs. - Grow the contacts and develop new opportunities within the accounts. **Required Experience**: - Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships. - Ability to understand business issues and goals and how marketing can assist. - Ability to grow an account gaining more projects, revenue and profit. - Tight organisational and excellent time management skills. - Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Confidence and a persuasive manner - A good level of English, spelling and grammar and budget management. - Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount - A genuine interest to pursue a career in Marketing, preferably in IT and Fintech.
