**£39,000 annual salary**
**2 month contract initially, potential for extension**
**Full-time role, Monday-Friday**
**Based in Central Edinburgh**
**ASAP start**
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a Housing Association in Central Edinburgh to recruit an operational Team Leader to cover the next two months on a full-time basis. This will be a busy and hands-on role, well-suited to an individualwith prior experience within a managerial role and the Housing sector.
**Duties involved in this role will include**:
- Managing the team's delivery of efficient and effective customer-focused housing services
- Oversight, management and effective deployment of the department's resources, monitoring and directing the team to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Ensuring the business remains compliant with industry regulations
- Contributing to the development of risk management strategies
- Line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance and absence monitoring
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience within Housing and a managerial role - this is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities including exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A highly motivated, positive and personable attitude
