Retirement Housing Coordinator – Trust Housing Association Base pay: £13.00 - £13.25 per hour; annual salary £16,900 - £17,225 (based on enhanced annual leave). Part‑time, permanent, 25 hours per week (8:00‑13:00, some flexibility). Annual leave: 33 (or 28) days per year. Paid Disclosure Scotland check. Paid training and continued personal development. Location Abbeyhill, City of Edinburgh. Responsibilities Provide advice and assistance in housing management and property‑related issues to tenants in Abbeyhill, ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Promote and support tenants to achieve independent living. Qualifications & Experience Self‑motivated and capable of working on own initiative. Previous experience working with older people is an advantage. Benefits Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 – £13.25 per hour. Annual salary of £16,900 – £17,225 (enhanced annual leave). Part‑time, permanent role with 25 hours per week (8 am‑1 pm). 33 (or 28) days annual leave. Paid Disclosure Scotland check. Paid training and continued personal development.
