**£30,000 - £35,000 Basic + On Target Bonus take this to 60K + Uncapped + Bens + Great Leave, Benefits**
Award winning UK wide business advisory firm requires experienced Sales Floor Manager from a Tele Sales teams leadership background due to on going expansion and growth to:
Recruit, train, manage and coach an exceptional tele sales team which generates appointments through a consultancy technique, for their field based sales team who then close deals.
You will need a track record in managing telephone-based sales teams, driving quality and sales performance in a targeted and dynamic environment and always be looking for of ways to improve performance and sales conversions.
B2B experienced in preferred but not essential.
You must have a proactive approach to management, coaching and campaign planning including use of CRM (Salesforce or similar) to analyse and cut data to plan campaigns and optimise data and leads to deliver revenue. You must have a consultative sales approachand ability to liaise and influence up to Director level.
