An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious scientist to join a University spin-out company that develops medical device components. This company supply biomaterials and 3D printed parts to medical device manufactures for use in regenerative medicineand recovery from medical procedures. They are seeking a Business Developer with a scientific background to assist in the growth, sales and marketing of their company.

The role:

- Represent the company along with senior colleagues in sales and marketing events
- Build and develop relationships with existing and new business partners from the 3D printing and medical devices industries
- Communicating market feedback with the product development team
- Updating the Customer Relationship management team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a changing environment on complex projects
- Highly motivated, confident, proactive and enthusiastic individual
- Experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Experience working within the medical device industry (desirable)
- Customer relationship management/Business Development experience (desirable)
- Eligible to work full time in the UK without restriction.
